The party exits onto the green meadow outside of Haven and are greeted by a small crowd and a group of seven prominent looking individuals in beige and gold ceremonial garb. There are two firbolg, two humans, one dwarf, one gnome, and one Imperial-looking elf. As the party steps forward, a human male with short brown hair steps forward and bows, welcoming Echo home and extending interim guest rights to Persephone, Sebastian, and Watt. Tonight they will be called to stand in front of the Council to tell their story so the Council can resolve their presence in Haven. For now, they are free to enjoy the town.
After about ten minutes the three firbolgs rise up, the one in the center turns and speaks quietly to the other two, and they move on without him. He turns to the party and they recognize him as one of the firbolgs on the Council. He greets Percy with a bow and introduces himself as Rohorn, Speaker for the firbolgs in this community. Persephone introduces herself and exchanges greetings. He asks her if she was part of an Imperial Choir or if she was born free. She responds that she was born free, she will cover the logistics of it tonight. Rohorn will be in the gardens until sunset if they have any questions.

Jack seemed very reasonable in his dealings with Echo, Persephone, and Sebastian because their favor involved humiliating Lord Saturos. He cares very much about his reputation and therefore needed to charge them, though he claimed to have been tempted to sneak them into the palace for free. When it was revealed the party was short on cash, Jack suggested they give him what they had and he will claim three favors, to be named and negotiated at a later time. [4] The contract for these three favors were voided by Archduke Ramazall after Sebastian's decision in "Oathbreaker." [5]
The quartet of Santi Santillan, Alvin Pasaol, Karl Dehesa, and Travis Franklin left it all on the floor but ultimately fell short. The loss is an extremely bitter pill to swallow as Bataan actually had a five-point lead, 18-13, after Santillan knocked down a pair of free throws with 2:32 remaining.
Tokyo Dime, who is ranked 19th in the world, made an inspiring comeback led by Perunovic who scored five points in the last two and a half minutes. But it was a late-game blunder that also cost the Philippines the championship. After a bucket by Perunovic made into a one-point contest, Bataan was called for a technical foul, asking for a timeout with none to burn. Suzuki then tied the game with a free throw. Bataan couldn't convert, which eventually led to the gutsy 2-pointer by Komatsu.
